Compass for Teens will feature life coaches, authors, and experts that are qualified and experienced in coaching teens. The first featured expert is Debra Gano, a model, actress, author, self-esteem coach, and founder of The Heartlight Girls, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of preteens, teens, and women. Through her Heartlight Girls book series, classes, and speaking events, Debra connects girls and women to the essence of who they are, building a foundation of self-worth “from the inside out,” at the core, where self-esteem begins.

Teen members of Compass will listen to a short MP3 of coaching with Debra Gano for a few minutes a day - 5 days a week. They can also chat with a life coach two to three times per month to talk about what is going on in their life. They can also join the Compass social network (Compass Personal Development Network or PDN) to connect with their friends, share their goals, and join groups and events. Teens will have access to an online journal, weekly to-do lists, contests, and more. They can also upload pictures, videos, blogs, and podcasts.

“We are thrilled to add life coaching for teens to our lineup of resources. To help a teen understand just how valuable she is can alter the course of her entire life. So many people wish they ‘would have known back then what they know now’. Compass Coaching for Teens is designed to give them hope and clarity about their future. Our community is thrilled about the possibilities when our teens understand just how valuable they are.” says Kim Fulcher, Compass Founder and CEO.
