Coaching is ultimately about the relationship you have with yourself.

What I have discovered is that many people look to their partner, friends, family and co-workers to provide a positive coach/mentor role or relationship.  When those needs go unmet, frustration can occur.  Instead, infuse action and movement by hiring a coach within a structured relationship that is objective and fully supports you.  

I have never hired a coach.  What can I expect?

Once you have decided to focus on and invest in yourself, you will chose a learning package style that you prefer. Individual learning packages are one-to-one sessions with Coach Jenn, meeting on the telephone weekly.  Group learning packages combine a group experience with Coach Jenn leading the calls over the telephone, usually in a series of sessions. Some groups are encouraged to and want to continue past the initial series of calls, when the focus and intent of the group calls supports doing so.

If you have questions or need more information to decide what type of learning package is right for you, I encourage you to contact me.

Once you have registered for an individual or group learning package, you will receive an invoice and welcome packet. Regular sessions are scheduled in advance and your space is reserved when payment is received. 

Many people benefit by having a professional coach support them in achieving their life goals.  If you are stuck, you may need a new perspective or new creative ideas to assist you in moving forward. By reaching your goals faster, you can BE more in all aspects of your life, sooner than you think!

What do I need to look for when hiring a coach?

 

A coach is in partnership with you to support your highest potential. Find someone that you enjoy and resonate with. Look for credentials that will indicate your coach has a high commitment to her own personal development and professional training. Specific coach training and certifications from respected organizations are rigorous and demanding and hiring a coach with this background can rapidly accelerate your personal development and success as they have tools, techniques and resources to enhance your desired growth.
